All rates include two (2) people. Each additional person is $5.00/per day or $30.00/per week. Children five (5) years old and under are free.

Reservation Policies:
- Three (3) night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial, Independence and Labor Day)
- Reservation deposits are required to secure a site in the amount that is based on one night stay. No refunds on canceled reservations without minimum five day notice prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is received more than five (5) days prior to arrival a $10 administration fee will be charged.
- No credit card numbers are held. The card is run when the reservation is made. If a multiple reservation, a deposit for each unit/site reserved is required together with name.
- Check-in time is 2PM . . . Check-out time is 1PM. A $10 charge for early check-in or late check-out.
Camp Policies:
VISITORS . . . are welcome as guests of registered campers as long as the total number of people on the site over the age of 5 including the visitors are not more than 6. The cost is $5 per visitor. Children 5 and under are free. ALL visitors must register.
PETS . . . are welcome. Proof of current rabies shot is required at check-in. No pets larger than 35 pounds and designated as an aggressive breed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, are permitted. Pets are to be kept on a leash and quiet – never left unattended outside the camper. You must clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in or around the cabins, playground, beach, restrooms or other buildings.
GOLF CARTS . . . are welcome. Carts are to be electric only. Operators of the cart must have a current valid drivers license. A fee of $5 per day will be charged. |
