All rates include two (2) people. Each additional person is $6.00/per day or $35.00/per week. Children five (5) years old and under are free.

Reservation Policies:

Three (3) night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial, Independence and Labor Day)


Reservation deposits are required to secure a site in the amount that is based on one night stay. No refunds on canceled reservations without minimum five day notice prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is received more than five (5) days prior to arrival a $10 administration fee will be charged.


If a multiple reservation, a deposit for each unit/site reserved is required together with name.


Check-in time is 2PM . . . Check-out time is 1PM. A $10 charge for early check-in or late check-out.

Camp Policies:

VISITORS . . . are welcome as guests of registered campers as long as the total number of people on the site over the age of 5 including the visitors are not more than 6. The cost is $6 per visitor. Children 5 and under are free. ALL visitors must register.


PETS . . . are welcome with the exception of our rental units. However, a few rules need to be followed concerning your pets to ensure everyone a safe and enjoyable stay with us.

  • 1: Proof of current rabies shot is required at check-in.
  • 2: Pets must be on a leash at all times.
  • 3: Pets must be cleaned up after.
  • 4: If pets must be left unattended in your camping unit, please ensure that your pet remains quiet as to not disturb other guests.
  • 5: Due to health department regulations, pets are NOT allowed in our rental trailers or in the sun bathing beach area.
  • 6: Pets are not allowed in any public buildings, bathhouse, or swimming area.
  • 7: Vicious pets not allowed.

GOLF CARTS . . . are welcome. Carts are to be electric only. Operators of the cart must have a current valid drivers license. A fee of $5 per day will be charged.
