• Family Worship (Non-Denominational) Sundays at 11:15 am in the Rec Hall.
• Youth Sunday School (time to be announced)

    22 - 23 Easter Weekend: Sat.,11am Easter craft, 2 pm Easter festivities, Sun., 7 am Easter Sunrise Service
    28 - 30 Clean Up Weekend: Sat., 8 am - 4 pm Clean campsites, 6 pm Hotdogs @ Rec Hall, Sun., 11:15 am Family Worship

        May

    10 - 11 Mother’s Day Weekend: Sat., 2 pm Children’s crafts for Mom! Sun., 8 - 9:30 am Mother’s Breakfast (free for Mom)$
    17 4 - 7 pm, start serving at 5 pm Republican Picnic Fundraiser @ W4T $
    23 - 26 Memorial Day Weekend: Sat., 2 pm Indian Dance on beach w/ Alice Elk Mooncall, 4 pm Children’s crafts/games, 8 - 12 pm dance on beach, DJ music by Ann Dehaven. Sun., Memorial balloon release on beach. Monday, Memorial Day!

        June

    7 Mattaponi Stewardship Day: Come out and help clean debris from shorelines and the river!
    14 8 - 11 pm Father’s Day Dance on beach, music by Honky Tonk
    28 5 pm Fortune Fish Fry- Everyone bring a covered dish to enjoy the fish!

        July

    4 - 5 Fourth of July Weekend: Fri., 1 - 3 pm Hotdogs on the Beach ($), 9 pm Fireworks, bring your lawn chairs/blankets to the house on the hill to celebrate our Independence!  Sat., 4 pm Parade around the campground. Decorate your bikes, golf carts, and yourselves in patriotic colors. 8 - 11 pm dance on beach, DJ music by Sound Explosion!

        August

    29 - 31/Sept. 1 Labor Day Weekend: Sat., 3 pm Children’s crafts/games, 8 - 12 pm dance on Beach, DJ music by Ann Dehaven. Sun., 7 pm Native Stories by Alice Elk Mooncall at the Youth Survival Pit

        October

    3 - 4 26th Annual West Point Crab Carnival in West Point, VA: 25 min. by road, 15 min. by boat! Carnival consists of parade, fireworks arts & crafts, food concessions, races, and lots of fun for the kids!
    18 King & Queen Community Pride Day: 5 minutes away. Parade, kids activities & more!
    19 Deadline for Rainbow Acres Family Thanksgiving - Make sure you have signed up.
    25 Harvest Weekend: 1 pm Pumpkin Decorating @ Rec Hall, 4 pm Games, 5-6 pm Trick or Treating, 6 - 7 pm Witches Brew by Ben & Jerry. 2008 Awards, 7:30 pm Haunted Maze, 8 - Midnight Harvest Dance, music by Honky Tonk, 1  band break st Costume contest!!

        November

    8 2 pm Rainbow Acres Family Thanksgiving (Sign Up by the Oct. 19th to reserve your seat, maximum 150 occupancy, limited to seasonal families only)
    15 Last Day of the 2008 Season for Seasonal Campers. See you in the Spring!
